ABOUT THE PLAYWRIGHT Katie Gartlan-Close is a Playwright and Theatre Artist from Vancouver, Canada. She is currently studying for a Masters in Playwriting at The University of Edinburgh and has her BFA in Theatre Performance and Communication from Simon Fraser University. Her passions lie in playwriting, physical theatre, clowning, and devising. Previous work includes: Bean and Hat (playwright), They’re Simply Eyes (playwright) & Living Cardboard Projects (devised creations & public performances).
